Whether your cat is a social butterfly or a shy shadow, I promise to meet them where they are — slowly, quietly, and with plenty of treats. Every booking starts with a free meet & greet so we can all get comfortable first.

What areas do you cover?

We cover the Kanto region. For locations outside of central areas a small travel fee may apply — we'll always be upfront about it when you message.

Do you stay overnight at my home?

Yes — our 24hr Overnight Care package is in-home. Your cat stays in their familiar environment and we stay with them. We'll ask in advance about bedding and kitchen access.

Can you handle medication?

Absolutely. We're comfortable with pills, liquids and subcutaneous injections. We'll walk through your cat's routine during the meet & greet.

How far in advance should I book?

Two weeks is ideal, especially over holidays — but always reach out, last-minute requests sometimes work out.

What's your cancellation policy?

45+ days before: 50% of deposit refunded. 25–44 days: 25%. Less than 25 days: deposit is non-refundable. No refunds are given for early return of the pet owner.

How do you handle keys?

Keys are exchanged at the meet & greet or a mutually convenient time before your trip, and returned the day you're back. Lockboxes and smart locks are welcome too.
